Group Insurance Scheme
SYPF offer a variety of insurance schemes which are available to SYP Officers, Retired SYP Officers and Police Staff. We feel the benefits of these schemes offer excellent value for money.

Please find below the information which details the various cover levels offered by the GIS and the items covered. However the main aspects of the Policy which covers serving Police Officers/Staff include:

Life insurance – £120.000

Personal accident cover

Multi trip Family Holiday Insurance

Vehicle Breakdown cover

Home emergency assistance

Mobile phone cover

Dental emergency cover

GP24 remote doctor consultation (via smartphone)

*There are many more smaller items covered within the policy and a partner policy is also available should you wish to cover your co-habiting partner.
